Introductory curling program for girls between the ages of 6 to 13 (Pilot Program)
A program to encourage the development of curling skills for girls in the Richmond community. It is taught by female coaches and role models. It will incorporate the use of both on-ice and off-ice equipment to have fun in a local winter sport activity while teaching them about techniques and strategies used in the sport.
Participants need to wear warm clothes, wear stretchy pants and bring an extra pair of clean running shoe.
